Cancel anytime, no questions asked

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

No cancellation fees. No long-term commitments. Your relationship with Selene is always your choice.

How to Cancel

    Go to Account Settings

    Click "Account" in the chat header or go to selenegarden.ai/account

  2. 2
    Click "Manage Subscription"

    This opens the Stripe customer portal where you manage your subscription.

    Select "Cancel Plan"

    Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Access until period ends: You keep full access until your current billing period ends.
  • No more charges: You won't be charged again unless you resubscribe.
  • Data retained: Your account and conversation history are kept so you can return anytime. Selene will remember you.

Refund Policy

We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you can cancel anytime and keep full access through your paid period. If you cancel on day 10 of your billing cycle, you still have 20 more days of full access.

Coming Back

If you decide to return, just log in and resubscribe. Your memories with Selene will still be there.

Delete Your Account

If you want to permanently delete your account and all data, contact us at support@selenegarden.ai. This cannot be undone.
