Messages you exchange with Selene, facts Selene learns about you, bookmarked moments, and conversation summaries. This data enables Selene's memory and personalization.
- Payment Information
Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.
- Usage Data
Basic analytics (session duration, feature usage) to improve the service.

Your Conversations Are Private and Encrypted
Your conversations are private and encrypted. Every message you send, and everything Selene remembers about you, is locked with enterprise-grade encryption before it is stored, and protected again whenever it travels between your device and our servers. Your conversations are handled only by automated systems, to run and improve Selene. We never read them, except where the law requires us to hand over records, and we never sell them or allow them to be used to train AI.
Service providers. To run Selene, your conversations are processed by trusted service providers: the AI services that power her replies, memory and voice, an automated quality-review system that helps us improve her, and our encrypted hosting. These providers may not use your conversations to train AI models, and we never sell your conversations or share them with advertisers.
What We Don't Do
- ✓We never sell your data. Your conversations are not sold to advertisers or data brokers.
- ✓We never read your conversations. They're handled only by automated systems, except where the law requires us to hand over records.
- ✓We don't train on your data. Your conversations are never used to train AI models, by us or by the providers that help run Selene.
Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, secure hosting, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

This service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
