How to File a Complaint
Email us at support@selenegarden.ai with:
- •Your account email
- •A clear description of the issue
- •When the issue occurred (approximate date/time)
- •Any relevant screenshots or details
What Happens Next

We'll acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.

We'll review your complaint and may ask for additional information.

Resolution
We aim to resolve complaints within 5 business days. Complex issues may take longer.

We'll inform you of the outcome and any actions taken.
Types of Complaints
- •Technical issues: bugs, service outages, account problems
- •Billing disputes: incorrect charges, refund requests
- •Content concerns: inappropriate AI responses
- •Privacy concerns: data handling questions
Escalation
If you're not satisfied with our response, you may escalate by replying to your complaint email with "ESCALATE" in the subject line. Escalated complaints are reviewed by senior team members.
